HUBZone Benefits

The House has just passed H.R. 4350, the FY2022 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which includes amendments important to small business contractors.

The amendments include applying the HUBZone price preference to task orders, minimizing the impact of category management, the transfer of HUBZone protest decisions to OHA, increasing sole source thresholds and increased clarity on the impact of CMMC on small businesses-changes made as a result of the Council's ongoing advocacy efforts.
